Reservations

Dinner at ShinBay is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. The dress code is casual and comfortable.

ShinBay offers two seating's each evening, at 5:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Due to our limited capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. Credit Card information only kept on file in case of cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation.

To avoid cancellation charges, reservations must be canceled, changed, or decrease number of people in party with more than 48 hours (2 days) notice. For parties of 5 or more, cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the reservation date to avoid cancellation fee($250 per person). Should you wish to increase your party size - advanced notice is required and not guaranteed.


ShinBay's dining experience is uniquely focused on the highest quality fresh seafood and seafood products, and integrates traditional Japanese cuisine flavors that involve soy products. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten free, vegetarian or vegan diets.

Priviate Events

The intimate space at Shinbay is ideal for private dinners with family, friends or colleagues and lends itself to a fully immersive dining experience while fostering personal connections between guests and the chef. Reserve the entire space for your private dining experience up to 13 guests.
